Toriwo Toriyama (鳥山 とりを) is a Japanese mechanical designer and producer, well-known for his influential role in Kotobukiya’s “Megami Device” and “Busou Shinki” model kit lines. He is recognized for blending mechanical functionality with appealing aesthetics, significantly contributing to the kits’ popularity among hobbyists.

Toriyama’s notable works include the “Buster Doll Paladin” and “Buster Doll Knight,” praised for their detailed mechanical designs, versatile articulation, and compatibility within the Megami Device system.
