Kirby (カービィ) is the iconic protagonist of Nintendo’s Kirby series, first introduced in 1992 with Kirby’s Dream Land. Designed by Masahiro Sakurai, Kirby is a small, pink, spherical creature known for his cheerful disposition and distinctive ability to inhale enemies and objects, gaining their powers in the process. This “Copy Ability” allows him to adapt to various challenges by adopting traits from those he swallows.
