Mano Sakuragi

Mano Sakuragi (櫻木 真乃) is a central character in THE iDOLM@STER: Shiny Colors, where she serves as the leader of the idol unit illumination STARS. At 16 years old, she is depicted as a gentle, soft-spoken high school freshman with a kind and genuine personality. Her calm demeanor and sweetness make others want to protect her, and she brings a soothing presence to those around her.

Mano’s journey into the world of idols began when she was discovered singing in a park to attract pigeons. Although she initially lacked confidence, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming an idol to challenge herself and grow. Throughout her career, she is supported by her fellow unit members, Hiori Kazano and Meguru Hachimiya. Hiori, initially harsh, shares similar insecurities with Mano, creating a bond of mutual understanding, while Meguru’s positivity encourages Mano to continue improving.

In her personal life, Mano enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly in parks where she can enjoy the sun and interact with nature. She also keeps a pet pigeon named “Pii-chan,” which reflects her love for birds.
