Maruya

Maruya is a Japanese sculptor who has contributed to a wide range of Kotobukiya model kits, known for his technical skill in both mechanical designs and accessory items. He has worked on various product lines, including Hexa Gear, Muv-Luv Alternative, ArcanaDea, and support accessories for figure series like Sousai Shojo Teien.

Notable credits include the Hexa Gear Rayblade Impulse, where Maruya served as the primary sculptor, and Muv-Luv Alternative kits like Shiranui – Isumi Valkyries Type and Takemikazuchi Type-00F Tsukuyomi Mana Ver.1.5, where he collaborated with other sculptors. He also worked on the Anubis: Zone of the Enders Vic Viper kit, alongside Yuta Itoyama.

In addition to mecha kits, Maruya has sculpted accessories like the After School Retro Desk from the Sousai Shojo Teien line, showcasing his versatility in both functional and decorative modeling.
