MS-09H Dwadge Custom

The MS-09H Dwadge Custom is an upgraded version of the MS-09G Dwadge, featured in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. It was specifically modified for use by Desert Rommel, the leader of the Rommel Corps, a faction of Zeon remnants operating in Africa during U.C. 0088. The Dwadge Custom was designed to improve on the original Dwadge, especially in terms of mobility and environmental adaptability, making it highly effective in desert and tropical conditions.

Key modifications included additional thrusters mounted on the shoulders, boosting the suit’s agility. The inclusion of chemical fuel rocket boosters and specialized exhaust ducts helped prevent overheating, allowing the mobile suit to maintain high performance in extreme environments. These upgrades made the Dwadge Custom particularly suited for long-lasting operations in areas where standard mobile suits might struggle.

In terms of armament, the Dwadge Custom was equipped with a scattering beam gun, heat saber, and a heat tomahawk, making it versatile in both ranged and close combat. A beam cannon, taken from a Federation unit, provided powerful long-range firepower. These enhancements made the Dwadge Custom a formidable force, capable of tackling a variety of battlefield situations. However, despite its advanced modifications, the Dwadge Custom was ultimately destroyed in battle against the AEUG’s Zeta Gundam, signaling the end of Rommel’s efforts. Nonetheless, the Dwadge Custom stood as a testament to Zeon’s continued military innovation, even in the face of defeat.
