The ZGMF-X42S Destiny Gundam is an elite multi-role prototype mobile suit developed by ZAFT in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. Designed as a culmination of ZAFT’s advanced technology under the Second Stage Development Project, the Destiny was intended to surpass the performance of both the Freedom and Justice Gundams.
