Eevee

Eevee (イーブイ) is a Normal-type Pokémon species introduced in Generation I, known for its unstable genetic code and unique ability to evolve into eight different forms, collectively called “eeveelutions”. These evolutions—Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon—allow Eevee to adapt perfectly to any environment. Standing 0.3m tall and weighing 6.5kg, Eevee is categorized as the “Evolution Pokémon” and typically possesses the abilities Run Away or Adaptability.

Beyond the main video game series, Eevee is a central figure in the franchise, appearing in spin-offs like Pokémon Mystery Dungeon and Pokémon Go, as well as the Pokémon Trading Card Game and the Super Smash Bros. series. In the anime and certain games, such as Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!, it is a popular starter Pokémon and has been voiced by several actors, including Aoi Yūki. Eevee also has a Gigantamax form characterized by immensely fluffy neck fur and a larger body. Its enduring popularity among fans is largely attributed to its cute design and versatile evolutionary potential.
