Correct Century

Correct Century is the Gundam timeline used in Turn A Gundam (∀ガンダム). The story is set in C.C. 2345, on an Earth that has regressed to an early industrial level after the forgotten disasters of the Dark History.

The setting is unusual because Correct Century is presented as a distant future that looks back on earlier Gundam eras as part of its buried past. Ancient mobile suits and technology are excavated from “Mountain Cycles”, while the Moonrace returns from the Moon with advanced technology, creating the central conflict between Earth and the Moon. This makes Correct Century one of the most distinctive Gundam timelines: pastoral, mysterious and deeply connected to the idea that many previous Gundam histories have become legend.
