ARX-014 Silver Bullet

The ARX-014 Silver Bullet is a prototype mobile suit developed by Anaheim Electronics for the Earth Federation Forces, based on captured AMX-014 Doven Wolf units from Neo Zeon. It was designed to test the quasi-psycommu system, which allows non-Newtype pilots to control remote weapons such as INCOMs. Standing at 22.2 meters tall and weighing 33.5 metric tons, the Silver Bullet is equipped with a range of armaments, including shoulder-mounted beam cannons, head-mounted vulcan guns, beam sabers for close combat, and missile launchers for long-range attacks. Its innovative quasi-psycommu system allows the pilot to operate remote weapons, enhancing its combat effectiveness.

First deployed in UC 0092, the Silver Bullet was primarily used for testing and was later transferred to the Vist Foundation. In UC 0096, a Silver Bullet played a role in the defense of the Magallanica colony during the Laplace Incident but was defeated by Full Frontal’s Neo Zeong. The mobile suit has several variants, including the ARX-014S Silver Bullet Suppressor, which was modified to handle the recoil of the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam’s Beam Magnum. The Silver Bullet’s development and use reflect the Earth Federation’s efforts to integrate captured Neo Zeon technology, showcasing its role in the ongoing arms race during the Universal Century timeline.
