GN-0000/7S 00 Gundam Seven Sword

The GN-0000/7S 00 Gundam Seven Sword is a variant of Setsuna F. Seiei’s 00 Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam 00V and related side material. It develops the 00 Gundam’s close-combat concept by equipping the machine with multiple GN swords and blades, creating a successor-style interpretation of the original Gundam Exia’s seven-sword philosophy.

The base 00 Gundam is Celestial Being’s fourth-generation Gundam built around the Twin Drive System, synchronising two GN Drives for exceptional GN particle output. The Seven Sword configuration adds weapons such as GN Sword II Blaster and other GN blade equipment depending on version, giving the unit a dense and aggressive melee-focused silhouette. It retains Setsuna’s identity as a close-quarters Gundam Meister while pushing the armament concept far beyond the standard 00 Gundam.

The 00 Gundam Seven Sword is important because it connects Setsuna’s two most iconic machines: Exia, the original blade-specialist Gundam, and 00 Gundam, the Twin Drive successor.
