MSN-02 Zeong

MSN-02 Zeong is a prototype Newtype-use mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam, developed by the Principality of Zeon near the end of the One Year War. Its major pilot is Char Aznable, who uses the unfinished unit in the final battle against Amuro Ray’s RX-78-2 Gundam at A Baoa Qu.

The Zeong is famous for its large body, lack of completed legs and powerful psycommu-controlled wire-guided arms. It carries heavy mega particle cannons and is designed for all-range attacks by a Newtype pilot. As Char’s final machine in the original series, the Zeong is one of the most important rival mobile suits in Gundam history and a defining symbol of late-war Zeon experimental technology.
