XGF-01[II3] Gundam Lfrith Jiu

The XGF-01[II3] Gundam Lfrith Jiu is a GUND-ARM mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury Vanadis Heart. It is a Lfrith-series machine connected to the Vanadis Institute’s wider GUND Format development history.

The Lfrith Jiu is especially recognisable for its large multifunctional arm unit, the Tiger Hand. This equipment gives the suit an asymmetrical silhouette and a strong close-range identity, visually separating it from the more balanced XGF-02 Gundam Lfrith and the later XVX-016 Gundam Aerial. Its design belongs to the Vanadis Heart side-story material rather than the main Asticassia school-duel lineup.

The machine expands the Lfrith family by showing another experimental direction for early GUND-ARM technology. Instead of focusing on Bit Staves or a conventional Gundam weapon layout, Lfrith Jiu emphasises a specialised physical armament system built around the Tiger Hand and a more irregular combat profile.
