XXXG-01H Gundam Heavyarms

The XXXG-01H Gundam Heavyarms is a heavy assault mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, designed for long-range combat and heavy artillery. Created by Gundam Scientist Doktor S, it was developed as a powerful weapon for Operation Meteor, with a focus on overwhelming firepower and sustained suppression. Trowa Barton, its primary pilot, used the Heavyarms to devastating effect, showcasing its immense destructive capabilities. Standing at 16.7 meters tall and weighing 7.7 metric tons, the Gundam is constructed with Gundanium alloy, balancing durability with agility for efficient combat.

The Heavyarms is heavily armed with a range of weapons to tackle any battlefield scenario. Its fixed armaments include Vulcan Guns on the head for close-range suppression, Machine Cannons mounted on the torso, and Chest Gatling Guns, which are dual 8-barrel Gatling guns that can unleash continuous fire. For long-range engagements, the mobile suit is equipped with Homing Missiles on the shoulders and Micro Missiles on the legs, providing guided attacks against multiple targets. Its Army Knife on the right forearm also allows it to engage in melee combat when necessary. The primary handheld weapon is the Beam Gatling Gun, a powerful beam weapon mounted on the left forearm and connected to an energy tank on the backpack.

The Gundam’s stealth and versatility are enhanced by its self-destruct system, which allows the pilot to destroy the mobile suit to prevent it from falling into enemy hands, creating an explosion with enough force to destroy several city blocks. Additionally, the Heavyarms is equipped with an Igel Unit, a flight system that provides aerial mobility, and an optional Damselfly leg support for enhanced ground mobility. In the Endless Waltz: Glory of the Losers manga, the Heavyarms is upgraded into the XXXG-01H2 Gundam Heavyarms Kai, featuring improved armor and additional weaponry to make it even more effective in space combat. This reflects the ongoing evolution of the Gundam in the Gundam Wing universe, where technological advancements continually refine its combat effectiveness.
