In the context of model kits, scale refers to the proportional relationship between the size of the model and the actual object it represents, allowing builders to create accurate and detailed replicas.

For example, Head height of RX-78-2 Gundam is 18.0 meters. A 1/144 model has head height of 18.0 / 144 = 0.125 meters, or 12.5 cm.

Note that, Kotobukiya’s Frame Arms Girl series are typically 15cm tall in the settings. And the normal Frame Arms Girls model kits are 1/1 scale.
