Shipping Information

At Modelverse, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

UK Delivery Options

• Flat Rate Shipping: £6.00 per order (including VAT), regardless of size or weight.
• Free Delivery: Orders of £100 or above automatically qualify for free delivery at checkout.
• Delivery Speed: Estimated 2 business days from dispatch.
• Tracked Service: Every parcel is sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your order’s journey and know when to expect it.

While most parcels arrive on time, delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or offshore addresses (such as Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man).

What to Expect

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Return Information

At Modelverse, we want you to be happy with your order. Here’s a quick guide to how our returns work:

Changed Your Mind?

• You have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order for any reason.
• Items must be unused, sealed, and in perfect resaleable condition.

After 14 Days

• From day 15 to day 30, you can still return most products under our goodwill policy.
• A 15% restocking fee (minimum £5) applies to cover costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your kit is faulty or parts are missing, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
• After 30 days (and within six months), we’ll repair or replace the product.

Important Notes

• You pay return postage unless we sent the wrong product or it’s faulty.
• Some items cannot be returned once opened, such as paints, solvents, glues, custom materials, digital content, and gift cards.
• Refunds are usually made within 14 days of receiving your return.

2. Pack your item carefully and return it with tracking.
3. Once we receive and check it, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
