Action Base 8 [Clear Color] is Bandai Spirits’ display stand designed for larger plastic models, with a structure particularly suited to 1/100-scale kits such as Master Grade and Full Mechanics. Compared with lighter Action Bases, its support arm uses bolt-locked joints to provide more secure positioning for heavier models while still allowing a wide range of grounded, leaning and airborne display poses.
The arm angle is fixed with hex-socket bolts, and Bandai includes moulded wrench tools so the stand can be assembled and adjusted without a screwdriver. Multiple articulated sections let you tune the height and angle to suit the model, while the clear moulding and simple cylindrical support design keep the base visually unobtrusive beneath a finished display. A selection of joint/adaptor parts is included for connection to compatible model kits.
