Shinya Terashima

Shinya Terashima (寺島 慎也) is a Japanese mechanical designer and illustrator who has worked extensively in the anime and plastic model industries, particularly within the Sunrise and Bandai franchises. He is well-known for his significant contributions to the SD Gundam sub-franchise, where he has provided character and mechanical designs for numerous series, including SD Gundam Musha Generation and SD Gundam Force. Beyond the Gundam series, he has also worked on design for titles such as Brave Fighter of Legend Da-Garn and various entries in the Battle Spirits series. In the field of plastic models, his work is foundational to many Bandai model kits, where he often provides the conceptual art and design specifications that are translated into physical products.
