A redesigned head unit improves sightlines and target acquisition, tightening tracking when the Cassowary is sprinting, bracing, or cutting angles through debris.

Its baseline loadout pairs a precision assault rifle with an underslung grenade launcher, giving quick transitions from accurate single-target fire to area denial. Once it has driven opponents out of cover, the Cassowary closes to finish with close-quarters tools—twin beam sabers for clean cuts and a compact knife for tight grapples.
