Gundam Try Age

Gundam Try Age (ガンダムトライエイジ) is a real-time strategy trading card-based arcade game developed by Bandai Namco Games and Level-5. Released in 2011, the game utilizes a flat panel reader that allows mobile suits and pilots to materialize on screen when physical cards are placed on it. Players build platoons consisting of three mobile suit cards and three pilot cards to engage in battles. The series features characters and machines from various Gundam timelines, including Mobile Suit Gundam, Gundam 00, and Gundam UC. It was later adapted for the Nintendo 3DS as Gundam Try Age SP in 2014, featuring over 1,400 cards and 400 missions. The game also integrated with the “Gage-ing Builder” model kit line, allowing physical toys to interact with the arcade ecosystem.
