Busou Shinki

Busou Shinki (武装神姫) is Konami’s “armoured-girl” franchise built around highly articulated MMS base bodies and swappable armour/weapons, launched in 2006 and expanded into online/PSP games and other media.

It also received a 13-episode TV anime in 2012 from studio 8-bit (dir. Kikuchi Yasuhito).

Today the brand continues as 1/1 plastic model kits through Kotobukiya’s Megami Device × Busou Shinki collaboration—reimagining icons like TYPE ANGEL ARNVAL and TYPE DEVIL STRARF with modern engineering, generous accessories and 3 mm compatibility across Kotobukiya’s model-kit ecosystem—great for mecha-musume builders and kitbashers.
