In April 2026, we had to pause shipping to Northern Ireland due to unusually high shipping costs charged by our logistics partner. It was a difficult and disappointing decision, and we received many messages from customers asking why Northern Ireland delivery was no longer available.
We are very pleased to share that our logistics partner has now negotiated a new arrangement, allowing us to resume shipping to Northern Ireland.
As the delivery cost remains significantly higher than mainland UK shipping, Northern Ireland orders will now be charged at a flat shipping fee of £10.00, including VAT.
The service will be a 48-hour tracked service, although please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods or where delays are outside our control.
Please also note that our £75 free shipping offer does not apply to Northern Ireland destinations. At this stage, this is the best arrangement we are able to offer.
