For Gundam fans, the words “one year” may immediately bring to mind the One Year War of the Universal Century.
Thankfully, we have not been fighting any rivals. But over the past 365 days, we have done our best to complete every mission in front of us.
Since Modelverse opened on 21 August 2025, we have sourced and restocked more than 2,000 different SKUs from suppliers across regions and continents. We have also carefully packed and dispatched thousands of orders, ensuring that every order placed before our cut-off time was shipped the same day.
Of course, not every mission went according to plan. There were times when couriers delivered parcels late—or even lost them—and occasions when customers discovered manufacturing faults inside sealed kits. We were just as frustrated and disappointed as our customers. We followed through on every reported issue until it was resolved to make our customers happy.
All these missions have served the same goal: to bring the best of modern model building to hobbyists across the UK.
As we mentioned in an earlier post, Modelverse kits have now travelled to almost every UK postcode area. Along the way, we have received 99% five-star Trustpilot reviews and gradually built a small reputation within the hobby community.
Honestly, when we started, we did not expect to achieve so much in such a short time. We are still a small and young business, with plenty to learn and improve—but these results have gone far beyond what we imagined one year ago.
At this moment, all we really want to say is:

Modelverse will make its public event debut at Modelfest, organised by IPMS Farnborough, on 19 September at Hart Leisure Centre!
