Fuecoco

Fuecoco (ホゲータ) is a Fire-type Pokémon species introduced in Generation IX and known as the Fire Croc Pokémon. Native to the Paldea region, it serves as one of the three starter Pokémon players can choose at the beginning of their journey. Fuecoco is characterized by its small, bipedal, crocodile-like appearance with a height of 0.40 m and a weight of 9.80 kg.

In terms of combat, Fuecoco possesses the Blaze ability, which powers up Fire-type moves when its HP is low, and the hidden ability Unaware. Its base statistics include high HP (67) and Special Attack (63), while it is notably slow with a Speed stat of 36. As a Fire-type, it is particularly vulnerable to Water, Rock, and Ground-type attacks. Beyond the video games, Fuecoco is a popular character in the Pokémon media franchise, appearing in the Trading Card Game and as various merchandise, such as “Get Plush” toys with distinct textures and plastic eyes.
