Nidoking

Nidoking (ニドキング) is a dual-type Poison/Ground Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is the final form of the Nidoran♂ evolutionary line, evolving from Nidorino when exposed to a Moon Stone. Known as the Drill Pokémon, Nidoking is characterized by its powerful build, a large diamond-crushing horn, and a thick, forceful tail used in battle. It is 100% male and serves as the counterpart to Nidoqueen.

In terms of behavior, Nidoking is described as having a prideful and spirited nature, sometimes going on uncontrollable rampages. However, it is known to calm down in the presence of a Nidoqueen it has lived with for a long time. Its abilities often include Poison Point, which can poison attackers upon contact, and Rivalry, which increases damage against Pokémon of the same gender. Standing approximately 4’07” (1.4 m) tall and weighing 136.7 lbs (62.0 kg), it is recognized for its physical strength and competitive spirit.
