Base Jabber Type 89

Base Jabber Type 89 is a sub-flight system from the Universal Century Gundam setting, prominently used by the Earth Federation and Londo Bell during the Char’s Counterattack and Unicorn eras. It is not a mobile suit with a named pilot, but a support craft used to transport mobile suits through atmospheric and battlefield operations.

The Type 89 Base Jabber functions as a flying platform, allowing mobile suits to conserve propellant, gain altitude and move rapidly across combat zones. Its flat, practical shape is designed to carry units such as Jegans and other Federation mobile suits. As a support vehicle, it adds realism and tactical variety to Universal Century displays by showing how mobile suits are deployed and moved around the battlefield.
