MS-06FZ Zaku II FZ

MS-06FZ Zaku II FZ, also known as the Zaku II Kai, is a late-production Zeon mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. Its major pilot is Bernard “Bernie” Wiseman, whose final battle against the Gundam NT-1 Alex is one of the most emotional moments in the Universal Century.

The Zaku II FZ is an improved version of the classic Zaku II, with updated armour, cockpit systems and better overall performance for late One Year War combat. It retains familiar Zaku weapons such as machine guns, grenades and the heat hawk, while its redesigned head and body give it a more modern appearance. The unit is remembered not for overwhelming power, but for Bernie’s desperate and human story.
