RB-79PP Polypodball

RB-79PP Polypodball is a variant of the Federation RB-79 Ball from the Universal Century side-story and MSV-style mechanical line. It reworks the simple space support pod into a more specialised unit with additional limbs or support equipment, giving the usually fragile Ball a more unusual battlefield role.

The Polypodball keeps the round cockpit body and utility-machine heritage of the original Ball, but its expanded structure gives it a more mechanical, work-pod-like silhouette. Rather than being a heroic ace machine, its charm comes from the practical idea of modifying a low-cost support craft for specialised missions. For builders, it is an interesting alternative to standard mobile suits and pairs well with Federation support-unit displays.
