RX-93ff ν GUNDAM

The RX-93ff ν Gundam is a special version of Amuro Ray’s ν Gundam created for the life-size ν Gundam statue at Gundam Park Fukuoka. It is based on the RX-93 ν Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack but replaces the original fin funnel arrangement with the distinctive Long Range Fin Funnel.

In the original Universal Century setting, the ν Gundam is Amuro’s final mobile suit and one of the most important Newtype-use Gundams. It combines a psycommu system, fin funnels, beam rifle, shield and balanced high-performance frame, allowing Amuro to confront Char Aznable’s Sazabi during the Axis Shock incident. The RX-93ff keeps that iconic white-and-blue Gundam identity while giving the design a new silhouette through the large long-range funnel mounted behind the right shoulder.

The RX-93ff ν Gundam is important because it links a classic anime machine with a real-world landmark. For builders, it offers a fresh interpretation of the ν Gundam: recognisably Amuro’s machine, but with a modern display-project identity, new equipment and a stronger connection to the Fukuoka Gundam installation.
