STTS-909 Rising Freedom Gundam

STTS-909 Rising Freedom Gundam is a main mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. Its major pilot is Kira Yamato, who uses the machine as part of Compass before later events in the film.

The Rising Freedom continues the design language of Kira’s Freedom and Strike Freedom Gundams, combining high mobility, beam weaponry and an aerial transformation system. It is equipped for versatile ranged combat, with beam rifles, railguns, sabers and shield-based functions, while its MA mode gives it additional speed and tactical flexibility. As Kira’s early-film machine, it serves as a modernised Freedom-type Gundam for the post-SEED Destiny era.
