XM-X9999 Crossbone Gundam Maoh

XM-X9999 Crossbone Gundam Maoh is a customised Gunpla from Gundam Build Fighters, based on the Crossbone Gundam X1 from Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam. Its major builder and pilot is Mao Yasaka, who created it as a successor to his Gundam X Maoh while retaining his preference for high-output energy attacks.

The Crossbone Gundam Maoh combines the pirate-themed style and close-combat equipment of the Crossbone line with Mao’s signature solar and satellite-inspired weapon concepts. It has a compact but aggressive silhouette, beam weapons and dramatic finishing attacks that suit Mao’s showy fighting style. The unit is popular because it blends two fan-favourite ideas: Crossbone Gundam’s distinctive skull-and-cloak identity and the custom energy-focused gimmicks of the Build Fighters setting.
