XVX-016RN Gundam Aerial Rebuild
The XVX-016RN Gundam Aerial Rebuild is the overhauled form of Suletta Mercury’s Aerial, refitted after heavy damage and returned to service under GUND-ARM, Inc. Its frame retains the core GUND-Format architecture but integrates a reinforced outer shell, revised internal layout, and a high-thrust backpack that sharpens mobility—especially in space where quick vector changes and sustained acceleration matter most. The rebuild isn’t just a repair; it’s a rebalance of the platform around faster response, higher safe output, and tighter synchronization between pilot and machine.
Its defining feature is the Escutcheon: a reconfigured array of Bit Staves that serve as both shield and all-range weaponry. Gathered, they form a robust defensive barrier against beam and kinetic threats; dispersed, they operate as remote units to hem in opponents, cut angles, and apply constant pressure. In “bit-on” configurations the staves dock to the rifle, condensing their output into focused, high-impact shots that function as decisive finishers. This fluid shift from defense to swarm control to single-point fire is the Rebuild’s tactical core, allowing it to dominate tempo without swapping hardware.
On the battlefield the Aerial Rebuild feels more immediate and assertive than its predecessor. The refined GUND-Format tuning transmits Suletta’s intent with minimal lag, enabling sudden dashes, crisp feints, and rapid recomposition of the bit screen. The result is a machine that can duel at close and mid range while still projecting threat across the arena—an evolution that mirrors its pilot’s own growth and turns the Aerial’s hallmark versatility into a sharper, more ruthless edge.
