After the separation in 2018, Bandai (Red Label) shifted its focus to mass-market toys and figures, no longer handling Gunpla. Instead, it specializes in products such as Tamagotchi, the iconic virtual pet toys, as well as action figures based on popular franchises like Power Rangers, Kamen Rider, and Super Sentai. Additionally, Bandai (Red Label) produces Chogokin, die-cast metal figures, and Candy Toys, collectible figures often packaged with candy. Bandai (Red Label) continues to create accessible and widely distributed toys, while Bandai Spirits now manages the more complex model kits and premium collectibles, including Gunpla.
