Bring Setsuna F. Seiei’s GN-0000 00 Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 into compact SD form with SDEX #008. The 00 Gundam’s distinctive twin GN Drive silhouette, blue-and-white armour and dual GN Sword II armament are recreated in the sharper proportions of the SD Gundam EX-Standard line, with improved articulation over earlier traditional SD kits for more expressive action poses.
Originally released in Japan on 23 July 2016, SDEX #008 combines simple snap-fit construction with the line’s parts-customisation concept. Two GN Sword IIs are included and can be held using alternate grips to suggest their sword and rifle configurations, while the two GN Shields mount beneath the shoulder-mounted GN Drive units. The swords and shields can also be rearranged with other kit parts to create original weapon combinations, and selected connection points are compatible with suitable 1/144 HG parts for further customisation.
