SDEX #010 Gundam Barbatos

Recreate Mikazuki Augus’ ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans in the compact proportions of Bandai Spirits’ SD Gundam EX-Standard line. SDEX #010 retains the Barbatos’ distinctive exposed-frame styling, horned silhouette and aggressive close-combat character while using the slimmer, more articulated proportions that distinguish EX-Standard kits from more traditional SD designs.

This current Bandai Spirits release was issued on 28 February 2026 and comes with a surprisingly complete Barbatos weapon set for its compact size: the signature Mace, Long Sword and Barbatos Smoothbore Cannon. The kit is designed for bold action poses, while its equipment can also be rearranged and combined as part of the SDEX series’ HG customisation concept, giving builders additional options beyond the standard weapon configurations.
