HG RX-78-2 Gundam [Beyond Global]

Created to mark 40 years of Gunpla, the 1/144 HG RX-78-2 Gundam [Beyond Global] reinterprets Kunio Okawara’s classic design with refined proportions and exceptionally natural posing. It combines the accumulated engineering of the HG line in a clean, modern build.

A forward-bending torso, fore-and-aft neck movement, inward-moving thigh joints and a swinging hip axis help the model achieve human-like stances. Independent wrist movement keeps the shield easy to position, while the chest and shoulder structure recreates shoulder-blade motion without exposing the joint axis.
