DSPIAE BP-SP Plastic Ball Joint Strengthening Pen is a simple, pen-style solution for fixing loose ball joints on plastic model kits and figures. It helps joints feel tighter but still smooth, improving pose holding on areas like arms, shoulders, hips, and waists without changing the build permanently.
How it works
It forms a transparent, rubber-like coating on the ball joint surface to increase damping/friction, so joints stop drooping while still moving smoothly.
Key features
Helps eliminate loose joints and improve pose retention
Forms a clear, rubbery coating on the joint surface
Designed to stay durable through repeated posing
Easy pen application with controlled flow
How to use
Shake well before use.
Press the tip down until the coating starts to flow.
Apply a thin, even layer to the ball joint surface that needs tightening.
Leave it for 2–5 minutes until the coat turns clear (drying time varies with thickness and environment).
Reassemble the joint.
If it’s still not tight enough, repeat after the first layer dries thoroughly.
Tips & notes
Apply thin layers—it’s easier to add more than to undo too much.
Best used on the contact surfaces of joints; avoid getting it on visible finished areas.
If a joint becomes too tight, reduce the coating slightly or gently polish the surface before reapplying a thinner layer.
