The DSPIAE AT-CT “I-deal” Chamfering Tool is a compact, multi-purpose tool for creating clean chamfers on plastic parts—covering both inner chamfering (holes/cavities) and outer chamfering (rods/pipes) in one body.
What it’s for
- Inner chamfering on holes, countersinks, and recesses to remove sharp edges and make cleaner openings.
- Outer chamfering on plastic rods/tubes (up to Ø6mm) to create tidy bevels for nozzles, muzzles, rivet-like details, tanks, and more.
Key features
- Two inner-chamfer bits included: a 90° conical bit for deeper countersinks/through holes, and a 3mm spherical bit for shallower cavities.
- Two outer-chamfer blade sets: 90° for finer, sharper-looking bevels and 60° for more robust shapes.
- Four-jaw chuck to lock bits securely and support other 3mm shank tools.
- Stable cross-blade structure helps keep rods centred for consistent bevels.
- Safer handling design: recessed blade position and embedded magnets help keep blades stable during use and replacement.
