MD-0032G Guel’s Dilanza

The MD-0032G Guel’s Dilanza is Guel Jeturk’s customised Dilanza from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. It is developed by Jeturk Heavy Machinery, one of the three major branches of the Benerit Group, and is used by Guel as the ace machine of Jeturk House at Asticassia School of Technology.

The unit is a heavily modified close-combat Dilanza with a stronger commander-style appearance than the standard MD-0031 Dilanza. Guel’s version has a distinctive crest, large shoulder armour and a reddish-brown colour scheme. Its equipment is centred on duelling and melee pressure, including the beam partisan and beam torch style close-combat weapons used in Asticassia duels.

In the early story, Guel uses this machine as the reigning Holder before his duel with Suletta Mercury and the Gundam Aerial. The suit’s bulky Jeturk design contrasts with Aerial’s slimmer GUND-ARM silhouette and establishes Jeturk Heavy Machinery’s preference for powerful, industrial-looking mobile suits.
