RG #08 Gundam Mk-II (AEUG)

Build the A.E.U.G.’s RX-178 Gundam Mk-II from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam with RG #08. Originally developed by the Titans and later captured and repainted in the familiar white A.E.U.G. colour scheme, the Mk-II is recreated here at 1/144 scale with the layered mechanical detail and frame-first construction that defined the early Real Grade line.

Released on 12 May 2012, the kit introduced a newly developed Advanced MS Joint for the Mk-II, providing a detailed pre-moulded inner frame with extensive linked articulation. Exterior armour is fitted over the completed frame, leaving mechanical detail visible through selected gaps, while the cockpit hatch opens to reveal the internal ejection-pod area. Fabric mesh and internal wire are used for the transmission pipes around the backpack and backs of the knees, adding a contrasting texture that is particularly distinctive on this RG release.
