Originally released in November 2003, HGSEED #12 captures the Astray’s distinctive white armour over its exposed red frame and includes the Red Frame’s signature Gerbera Straight alongside its standard beam armament.
The kit reproduces the movable backpack frame used by the Astray’s equipment-change system, allowing the backpack assembly to shift away from the rear of the body. Its standout accessory is the Gerbera Straight katana, supplied with a plated blade and a separate scabbard that can be mounted to the side armour. A Beam Rifle, shield and two Beam Sabers complete the original combat loadout, making this an appealing representation of the Red Frame’s early SEED Astray appearance.
