MGSD #02 Gundam Barbatos

From the new dimension SD high-end brand “MGSD”, which integrates MG’s technology in the frame of the SD GUNDAM, GUNDAM Barbatos is now available!

• Overall height approx. 115mm. GUNDAM ・ The characteristic of Barbatos “GUNDAM frame” is realized on SD scale.
• The head and neck can be moved on four axes, and it is possible to pull the chin and look upward.
• By providing a movable shaft inside the fuselage, it realizes a wide range of movement from side to side swing and forward and backward tilt. In conjunction with the movement of the chest, the cylinders on the left and right sides of the flanks can be telescopic and movable.
• A swing mechanism is used at the shoulder connection to enhance the range of motion of the arm. The cylinder of the elbow follows the movement of the arm and moves in tandem.
• Equipped with MGSD’s original gimmick that expands in conjunction with the armor in the center when the lower part of the shoulder armor is pulled out.
• Knee armor moves interlocking with the movement of bending the legs. The armor on the back of the knee is individually movable and does not interfere with the movement of the legs.
• The twin eyes are expressed by a double structure with detailed internal parts and clear parts stacked on top of each other.
• The chest, knees, and shoulders are made of clear parts that have been processed with precision shapes that efficiently reflect light in MGSD’s original arrangement, and sparkling technology has been introduced.
• For gloss injection, a material with an improved metallic luster “Real Metallic Gloss Injection” is adopted. It enhances the metallic feel of the details.
• The backpack can be equipped with a sword, a 300mm smoothbore gun, and a mace. The 300mm smoothbore gun can be transformed into a stowed state by pulling out the barrel and rotating it 180 degrees.
• The mace is equipped with an MGSD original gimmick in which the tip extends by pushing the handle in, and the four blades are interlocked.
