MG #208 Gundam NT-1 Ver. 2.0

From Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, the RX-78NT-1 Gundam NT-1 “Alex” receives a complete Master Grade Ver.2.0 redesign. Released on 29 June 2019, the kit updates the original 1999 MG with modern articulation, layered inner construction and an unusually functional recreation of the NT-1’s defining Chobham Armour and concealed 90 mm Gatling Guns.

The body uses a multi-layer structure that includes detailed inner walls beneath the outer armour, while vinyl sleeves reproduce the wrinkled flexible seals around the shoulder joints. Both forearm Gatling Guns deploy, and an MG-original mechanism allows them to be used even while the Chobham Armour or Shield is fitted. The Chobham set itself includes opening cockpit and thruster covers, while the rear leg sections can slide to preserve more knee movement.
