From After War Gundam X, the GX-9900-DV Gundam X Divider recreates the rebuilt Gundam X after its Satellite System was lost in battle. The core mobile-suit body is shared with the HGAW Gundam X, but revised colours, the X-shaped backpack and the multipurpose Divider weapon give this version a substantially different combat profile.
The Divider serves as both shield and Harmonica Cannon. On this HG kit the open firing state is reproduced by detaching and repositioning parts rather than by a fully hinged transformation, and the completed Divider can also be mounted on the backpack for Hovering Mode. The new equipment is rounded out by a Beam Machine Gun, Hyper Bazooka and two large Beam Sabers, with the backpack itself featuring movable sections and saber storage.
