The DSPIAE AT-AP is a compact, precision-made “cube” platform designed to make common modelling jobs more accurate, repeatable, and safe. Built from aluminum alloy, it works as a stable support for drilling, cutting, sanding, and shaping—especially when you need consistent angles, spacing, or alignment.
What it helps you do
- Concentric (centered) drilling: use the adjustable slider to align drilling on plastic rods (approx. 1.5–10.5mm diameter). Supports drill bits with 3.175mm shank.
- Vertical drilling with controlled spacing: built-in gauge supports spacing reference from 0–34mm (3.175mm shank drill bits).
- Fixed-angle cutting: provides common preset angles (30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°) for clean, repeatable cuts.
- Equal-width cutting: helps you cut strips consistently (up to around 44mm maximum cutting length). A broader hobby blade is recommended.
- Rod shaping support: helps hold material to sand into half-round or triangular rod profiles more easily.
- Plastic sheet chamfering: supports chamfering operations for sheet work (listed as 1–10mm).
