DSPIAE UV-G UV Light Curing Clear Glue is a crystal-clear UV-curing adhesive designed for clean, “no-trace” bonding and quick fixing. Because it only cures when exposed to UV light, you get extra working time to align parts, then lock the joint instantly when you’re ready. Pair it with the UV-GT Mini UV Light Hand Torch for fast, convenient curing at the workbench.
Choose your item
- UV-G (UV Light Curing Clear Glue): crystal-clear, non-shrinking UV glue for bonding and filling.
- UV-GT (Mini UV Light Hand Torch): compact UV light for curing UV-G and other UV-curing adhesives.
Key features (UV-G glue)
- Crystal clear finish for clean bonding on display-facing areas.
- UV-cured on demand: align parts first, then cure when ready.
- Non-shrinking and low odour for easier finishing and bench comfort.
- No fogging behaviour compared with typical super glue fumes (ideal around clear parts).
- Precision control with included applicators for small, accurate placement.
Key features (UV-GT mini UV light)
- Compact and portable for pinpoint curing right where you need it.
- Touch operation for quick, easy use during assembly.
- Low heat output for safer use on delicate modelling parts.
Best uses
- Bonding clear parts (canopies, lenses, light covers) with a cleaner-looking joint.
- Fixing small details: photo-etch, clear effect pieces, tiny accessories.
- Spot filling small gaps where you want a transparent finish (build in thin layers if needed).
How to use
- Apply a small amount of UV-G to the joint or gap, then position parts accurately.
- Cure using a UV light source. DSPIAE recommends 200–400nm wavelength.
- Important: you need a transparent surface on at least one side so UV light can penetrate and cure properly.
- For thicker fills, cure in layers for a clearer finish and more reliable curing.
