HGUC #017 Dom Tropen

Recreate one of Zeon’s distinctive ground-combat mobile suits from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory with the HGUC #017 1/144 Dom Tropen. Based on Hajime Katoki’s refined design for the OVA, the MS-09F/trop Dom Tropen develops the familiar heavy Dom silhouette for specialised terrestrial operations, with enlarged leg and foot units, prominent dust-filter details and the imposing Raketen Bazooka as its signature weapon.

This classic early HGUC kit was originally released in 2000 and is engineered around the Dom Tropen’s characteristic over-the-shoulder bazooka pose. Movement in the elbow joints and the Raketen Bazooka’s grip allows the launcher to be shouldered naturally, while the wrists and index fingers are also movable for more convincing weapon handling. Joint covers help conceal the internal polycaps, and three spare bazooka magazines can be mounted around the waist armour for a heavily equipped combat appearance.
