HGUC #101 Unicorn Gundam (Unicorn Mode)

From Mobile Suit Gundam UC, Banagher Links’ RX-0 Unicorn Gundam appears in its sealed Unicorn Mode as HGUC #101. Released in November 2009 alongside the separate Destroy Mode kit, this version is a fixed-form model rather than a transforming Gunpla, allowing Bandai to give the 1/144 body stronger joints, cleaner proportions and more straightforward articulation.

The Unicorn Mode release has a deliberately different accessory selection from the Destroy Mode kit. Instead of the Beam Magnum, it includes the large Hyper Bazooka, a pair of open hands and clear Beam Saber effect parts. The bazooka locks securely into the dedicated weapon hand, its spare magazine mounts on the rear skirt, and the front skirt can be separated by the builder to allow independent left/right movement.
