HGAC #228 Gundam Sandrock

From Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Quatre Raberba Winner’s XXXG-01SR Gundam Sandrock receives a modern HGAC treatment that combines the broad, heavily armoured TV-series proportions with far more expressive 1/144 articulation. The kit is built around Sandrock’s twin Heat Shotels and shield, with several mechanical features that recreate the distinctive close-combat actions seen in the anime.

Both arms can reach behind the body to draw the Heat Shotels directly from the backpack, while dedicated angled hands let the weapons sit naturally in Sandrock’s characteristic slashing poses. The Heat Shotels can be built with standard grey blades or swapped for clear-red heated blades. The shield, backpack and Shotels can also be combined to reproduce the Cross Crusher, while a forward-bending waist joint and sliding hip structure help the stocky mobile suit achieve unusually dynamic poses.
