FSS IMS #19 Sirene F

The Sirene Type-F joins the Volks IMS – Injection Assembly Mortar Headd Series as IMS #19, bringing a special specification Siren machine from The Five Star Stories into detailed 1/100 scale model kit form.

This red Siren is the personal machine of Brauma Ik, General Knight Commander and leader of the Neue Siltis Red Knights. As a custom mount based on the Fillmore Empire’s flagship Mortar Headd, it combines the imposing strength of a heavily armoured knight with the refined mechanical detail expected from the FSS universe.

The design features multiple layers of armour, a distinctive face-mask style head, chainmail-like belly and skirt structures, and a rugged silhouette that gives the finished kit a strong battlefield presence. Compared with sleeker FSS machines, Sirene Type-F has a heavier, more martial appearance while still retaining the elegance of a Mortar Headd.

Volks has also included several engineering updates for this release. The knee joints use a pull-out mechanism for improved movement, while ABSOMEC-style joint mechanisms are used in the shoulders and ankles to support bold poses while holding the voluminous armour. The kit also includes a real sword, buckler equipment and a wide selection of hand parts for different display options.

With 420 parts and a 2-colour moulded plastic construction, this is a substantial IMS build aimed at experienced model builders. Careful assembly, painting and finishing work are recommended to bring out the full impact of the red armour, layered mechanical detailing and knightly silhouette.
